Federal agencies, including OSHA, published the semiannual regulatory agenda on May 5. The Federal Register no longer contains the complete agenda. Only those entries for rules which are likely to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities and entries that have been selected for periodic review under section 610 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act are included. All other entries may be viewed in the online Unified Agenda at http://reginfo.gov. Click on Current Unified Agenda and Regulatory Plan and select Department of Labor from the pull-down menu to view OSHA entries.
