Chicago During his remarks at the occupational keynote session at the National Safety Council's 95th Congress & Expo, Assistant Secretary of Labor Edwin G. Foulke highlighted the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP). After a brief overview of OSHA's existing efforts in alliances, training, education, and on-site consultation, Foulke showed a video testimonial on the VPP program that featured comments from:
