With that in mind, the American Society of Safety Engineers’ (ASSE) Ergonomics Branch has developed a set of tips to help reduce MSDs at work and at home. Ergonomics Branch Chair Jeremy Chingo-Harris calls MSDs “a growing concern in all industries from office work to shipyards, from restaurants to hospitals.” He adds that the problem is “increasingly on OSHA’s radar scope.”
