Now, the American Nurses Association (ANA) is calling on the department to conduct a full investigation, make amends to the nurse, and take action to prevent what it calls future abuse.

August 30, 2017 (Proposed Rule) - The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has proposed to delay the deadline and extend the existing employer duty to ensure that operators of equipment covered by this standard are competent to operate the equipment safely for 1 year to November 17, 2018.
