Labor and Workforce Development Agency/Department of Industrial Relations/Division of Occupational S - Amends rules to clarify existing requirements regarding an employer's obligation to inform workers how to report work related injuries, to make available certain injury and illness data, to require employers to submit occupational injury and illness records to OSHA, to specify which categories of employers must routinely submit their occupational injury and illness data to OSHA, and to specify the frequency with which an affected employer must submit its occupational injury and illness data to OSHA.
