Hawaii files notice to modify state plan to allow federal OSHA enforcement
According to a posting on the Hawaii Occupational Safety and Health website, on July 18, OSHA published a Federal Register notice with the intent toof modifying the Hawaii state plan to allow federal OSHA enforcement of general industry in the state.

Those wishing to submit comment regarding the request must do so before August 23, 2012. For more information, go to http://hawaii.gov/labor/hiosh.
