In 2012, OSHA revised its Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) to align with the United Nations’ Globally Harmonized System for the Classification and Labelling of Chemicals, or GHS. With the first compliance deadline for the GHS revisions just around the corner, are you prepared?
