This topic covers the dangers involved in working with machinery, including machine accidents and injuries, and methods of reducing or eliminating these hazards (other than machine guarding). The many hazards of machinery include mechanical hazards, such as being caught or crushed; electrical hazards, including fire; and hearing hazards from excessive noise.
