OSHA Challenge
Under OSHA’s injury and illness recordkeeping rules, all of the following work-related injuries and illnesses are considered recordable and must be listed on the 300 log, except:
• A worker has chiropractic treatment following a fall injury.
• A woman faints but feels well enough to return to work after regaining consciousness.
• A construction worker steps on a rusty nail. His wound is cleaned, and he receives a tetanus shot.
• A bricklayer is diagnosed with silicosis.
