April 12, 2021 (Proposed Rule) - DOL has given notice that the comment period for the proposed rule that published at 86 FR 9576 on February 16, 2021 is extended by 30 days. Comments on the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) and other information must be submitted by May 19, 2021.
